  2. Article 1 section 8 clause 15 & Article 4 section 4. That law of the land has been in place since 1787. Article 1 Sect 8 cl 1-18 are the Enumerated Powers of Congress. Article 4 Section 4 Established the REPUBLIC and made it law for Congress to legislate border laws and to repel invasion & domestic violence. If Congress cannot be assembled, the duty to repel invasion & domestic violence falls to the President. So basically Biden & Demonrats are committing Treason by facilitating an invasion and causing domestic violence in violation of the Congressional & Presidential duties. Read the Constitution.
