  2. I whole heartedly agree. Thats what Johnson promised was single item bills. Their trick to rob every funding bill is one line in Every bill... " And for other purposes." That line needs removed. It allows them to sneak stuff in bills at our expense and use money for crap that harms not helps. Or to have slush funds for deviant behavior.
