  1. You can't. Its already been found unconsitutional. You can still murder your babies, at the State level. Abortion is not health care, it is murder. That baby at the time of conception is an individual, human being with its own individual DNA. 50% from the mother & 50% from the father. They are uniquely knit in the womb. The mother is the egg the father is the seed and the child is their fruit. The mother is n incubator until the baby is born. Then the mother nurtures the baby and the father defends and provides for the baby until adulthood. Then the children grow to be adults and the process starts the next generation.
