@Keepitkind7 No mothers don't. All they have to do is report them to child support. They will accrue all past due pmts and suspend any licenses they have be it a drivers license a home improvement license, they will cancel tags on their vehicles and or send them to prison. At least thats how it is in MD. I think in Florida too. They nailed my brother for 50k, the deadbeat. Hes got a beautiful Daughter that he wanted nothing to do with till she turned 18. Hes a deadbeat and I let him know in no uncertain terms. I agree, if they want the fun, they get the bill that comes with it.
