  3. ​ @esperanzamunoz2725 Hes trying to make it a GJ type trial where they are the only ones who an put on a case, withhold exculpatory evidence and deny the defendant a right to present a rebuttal o put on a case. Smith is so corrupt. Hes always getting overturned by the highe courts. This WILL go to SCOTUS and thats a long way off. Soon as President Trump takes his oath, hes "Scott Free". Then all hell breaks loose on these criminals. I'd bet a donut, Matt "Mr. Clean" Whittaker will be AG. Hes already been confirmed by the Senate and was an Acting AG. "Chess not checkers".
