  2. The Declaration is not the law of the land, the Constitution is. The Declaration was a big middle finger to the crown and details as to why it was necessary. It is one of the most beautiful Documents ever written. To this day I get teary everytime I read it.

  3. Every State in the Union has 10th amendment rights. The founders recognized the importance of States having individual matters handled within the State. It is the corrupt leaders of States that abuse that right by being Despots.
