  1. No this is what he doesn't get about affirmative action. They put color over Experience & talent. In doing so, they are reducing quality work for inexperienced ppl. Quality over Color is how it should be. We never played that diversity crap in our buainess. We chose the best man for the job regardless of color. It was because of skill, work ethic and talent and leadership ability.
