  2. @realdeal5475  Its called general Accounting practice. Every expenditure has an account. They are listed as Direct & indirect expenses. A direct expense would be materials for a specific job, whereas legal fees are indirect because it doesnt apply to one specific job. The payment was for legal fees to set up an LLC. Legal fees, accountant fees, are not illegal to pay. Its an indirect expense that applies to operation costs. Maybe take an accounting class so you can understand it. All expenses, direct and indirect are deductible as well you have different categories as well. You have Income. Liabilities, Assets, and expenses. Liabilities are like car payments, equipment payments, loan pmts, expenses are things you buy and ppl you pay like Subcontractors, materials, Gas, maintenence. This is why a lot of ppl don't get what a scam his all is. It is purely Political lawfare and election interference.

Obvious these ppl and you have no clue how business accountig works. I was a Business Owner and a Bookeeper. All this is, is election interference, which is a crime. Paying your legal expenses is not illegal.

You lefties are missing the part where " Serial Perjurer " Cohen was the one who got a HELOC on HIS property and Cogen paid the pole dancer. That led to his legal problems with the Taxi Medallion fraud.

Oh BTW, Judge Cannon just unredacted and released 400 documents, proving Biden's WH, DOJ and FBI were behind the whole BS Mar-A-Lago raid. I have never seen so much corruption from the Government.
