  4. Its also illegal for vice President to steal classified docs and toss them unprotected in his garage whether his Corvette is there or not. Biden is a criminal, he's not running the show, he has committed several acts of Treason, Bribery, espionage and a host of other crimes. Article 2 Section 4: "The President and Vice President SHALL be impeached and removed for Treason, Bribery and other high crimes and Misdemeanors ".
