Once the cabinet is in place, then things can happen faster. Post on a Job site like Indeed. Once housing prices go back down, the trades will boom. Don't be so picky, but require skill & honesty. No more DEI crap. I was a contractor for 30 years. Yes, Good help is hard to find, but it can be found. When you find it, appreciate it, reward it and you will get loyal employees. I don't care if they are every color on the planet or plaid or polka dot, as long as they are honest, loyal, dedicated, experienced or willing to learn. I estimate, if Newsom & lefties don't get in the way, the construction trade will boom. When ppl get to keep more of their money, theyvwill spend it or invest it. There are Americans willing to work, but aren't given a chance.

  3. ​ @MrSmoothles It doesn't take much merit to flip a burger or scan something. Thats not merit or skill based work. Its an entry level or part time job. It doesnt require much skill. Merit and skill level should dictate. You can't enter the job market at entry level and expect top pay. Get a skill and earn merit to get the big bucks. Go out on a limb and start a business. My Late husband and I built a company from $1700.00 in borrowed money.

  4. ​ @McClane105 EXACTLY! MAGA is to Make America Great Again, as the Constitution. You have to work at it to make a more Perfect Union as stated in the Preamble of the Constitution. We are a GUARANTEED CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC not a democracy. America is the youngest of Countries who's Constitution is the oldest in the world. All others have been changed. Ours is written in iron gall ink so as not to run or fade away.
