If the transcript is the same as the tape, they shouldn't have a problem turning the tapes over. That says they altered an official record in a transcript which is also an official document.

@vrusimov Its obviously been altered or they have no reason to withhold the revording. Tge "best evidence rule" is the tape itself. They know they altered a federal official document illegally to cover up for Biden.
