How can you pardon someone who never got charged yet? To me, they are invalid pardons.

Maybe he'll get a full 8 hours of sleep tonight? He deserves it.

@carolblume5073 I'm pretty sure thats being looked at. An incompetent person can't sign any legal Document.

None I know of. Only corrupt Joe.
3
I agree. Everything he does needs to be made permanent.
2
He just gave the order to investigate the drones so he can let us know. Are you not paying attention? Obviously not.

I skied in minus 10 in NH. When you ski, you know how to dress for all day outside. I'd have been fine.

@dmoneydmoney6050 It wasn't about Sking, it was about knowing how to dress for frigid weather. Skiers know how to do that.

@Malidictum117 The problem is that he isn't signing these things. Staff is using his rubber stamp of his signature. That explains the shocked look on his face when ppl bring things up. He's been out of the loop since he announced he was running. I think the ability of staff to use that stamp should not be legal. It must be a wet signature to be valid.
1
@kaydeedid Actually thats not true. I did some legal researc and there must be a charge and/or a conviction. That goes back to George Washington. So there is no precedent for premptive pardons according to SCOTUS.
1
@jeffv2463 He literally said while signing stuff, "I don't know what I'm signing here."
1
@Daylight-nu3rt SCOTUS did weigh in back in the 1800's.
1
@Malidictum117 I did. I looked all the way back to George Washington and there cannot be a premptive pardon without a crime.

@michaelvulcano278 Nixon was no longer President, Ford was. His would have been an impeachment, but he resigned first. Articles of Impeachment were filed so he was charged and pardoned by Ford.

@kaydeedid Where does othe Constitution say that? I read it at least once a week and I never saw that. If no crime was charged, why do they need a pardon? However, all those ppl will now have to testify against Joe criminally, who didn't get a pardon.
1
@DrTubeman That's right, and he doesn't have a pardon. Everyone he pardoned can now be called as witnesses to testify about Joe. If they lie, thats new crimes they can be charged with. None of what he did was protected by Presidential immunity because it was for personal gain. He actually admitted to espionage with "I sold a lot of state secrets and other things over the years." Depending who he sold them to, it can be considered Treason in aiding the enemy.

@michaelsegriff3362 You're probably right. It's like he works 24/7/365, even in his sleep I bet hes working. My late husband was like that. He'd wake up either yelling at one of the guys or telling them what needs to be done. I also notice President Trump prays a lot.
1
@michaelsegriff3362 Yep thats teue. Its been said multiple times he only sleeps about 4 hours. Thats a nap to me, lol.
