  1. Harris used to be my Rep before Demonrat gerrymandered MDs districts to benefit Demonrats. They only allow Andy's gerrymandered district to beRepublcan. MD id actually rather conservative, so it doesn't make sense MD isn't Red all over except Balto City. They gerrymandered and split up Baltimore to ensure Demonrats win.
