So Sotomayor taking money AND not recusing on the case involving that person is NOT OK. Justices are to only sit on good behavior (Art 3). Thomas didn't take any money and never had to recuse. Sotomayor is an activist judge and claimed Judges make laws. UH, NO THEY DON'T. CONGRESS makes ALL laws. She was involved with the group SPLC as an activist and should have recused on the publishers book case and didnt. THATS NOT GOOD BEHAVIOR. I believe Kagan is an activist judge too if I remember, that came out at the confirmation hearings.
