  1. No it doesn't its based on income, however drug dealers, criminals etc don't hardly pay taxes. The tax rate is the same based on numbers not race.

  2. If you happen to find the Constitutional Convention on Income tax, could you post it somewhere visible? I have been looking for it for decades and cant find it. Its like some old filthy rich folk just "deemed" it passed. The Constitution clearly states what taxes are to be used for in Art 1 Section 8 clause 1-18. Income tax isn't on the list.

  3. I could actually claim Taxation without Representation. All my reps be it State or federal leave their voice mails full, never take my calls and all I get for my letter is a Campaign speech on paper thanking me for contacting them. They ignore this constituent. They don't represent me or my values.
