It is illegal for DeSantis to be campaigning withiut giving up his seat and filing to run. If hed do this illegal act, what else will he do thats illegal? I don't want to find out. If he files to run, that makes him a liar. He said he would not run if President Trump did. DeSantis totally lost me.

@dorothymartin8557 Yes it is. He is campaigning without registering which is illegal in Fla. In order to campaign you must first register and give up your seat in Fla. That is Florida law.

@dorothymartin8557 No, I didn't decide anything. It's a Florida law. He is campaigning in violation of Florida law. He has gone to almost all the initial first Primary vote states giving campaign speeches. Yes hes campaigning without filing or giving up his seat in violation of that Florida law.
