President Trump has executive Privlege regarding his conversations and has not waived that in Judas Pence's case.

@canderson5098 I was going to run for congress in 2010 until I saw how things went. The corruption and backstabbing is off the charts, both parties, but democrats are WAY WORSE. I wouldn't have lasted long cuz I would have been throwing the big hard cover Constitution at them daily. I just do research and learn about things. I read law. Now I'm looking into Military law & UCMJ. Politics is a dirty business.

@nestorgonzalez6078 No, they can't. A defendant is entitled to participate in his own case. The lawyers present the case to the court using the law and court rules & procedures.

They don't have a case as there was no predicate and the predicate they used, the statute of limitations that ran out 5 years ago. Its just a way for the left to interfere in election of Trump in 2024. That too is illegal & they know it.

@simonlauridsen4825 Once the discovery phase is over, no new info can be brought in in any case. To reopen a case, you need new evidence unless the Defendant is exonerated, then Double Jeopardy applies.

@canderson5098 I ran a Construction Company. I was hoping I could make a change back to the Constitution. This is a battle to big for just 1 person to wage, but My hat is off to President Trump for fighting the good fight and continuing it. He woke a lot of ppl up, and that was necessary. I didn't want to have to run but thought I could do good. Once I went in the beasts belly, I realized I was too angry to be as effective as I wanted to be. I don't do corruption. Thats just not me. I can't stay calm or quiet when I get heated over some of this crap.

Presidents have authority to declassify whatever they want. VP's don't have that authority nor do Senators like Joe Biden. Everything in Bidens possession illegally strewn all over and in an unprotected garage, was not declassified and yet somehow those classified docs ended up in Ukraine.
