  1. Hes a liar. I'm in MD and its horriffic. It takes over an hour to get someone to pick up the phone orcyou request a call back and never get one. In field offices, you have to wait hours even with an appointment. I am on oxygen and the bottle only holds 1.5 hours of oxygen. They move as slow as possible.
