  1. They can impeach all they want but the corrupt Senate will never convict & remove then charge criminally. The only way he can be charged criminally is if he is impeached AND removed.

  2. You have to understand the process and how it has to work. The house can impeach & Senate has to convict & remove. If the Senate does not convict & remove, he cant be charged criminally. It would violate double Jeopardy, which is what they are doing to President Trump. He was impeached, but acquitted in the Senate. Therefore they can't charge him criminally, but they are trying anyway which violates President Trump's 5th Amendment double Jeopardy rights.

  3. ​ @billf4186 No, they have the evidence. Jim Biden is currently being sued for $610,000.00 fraud by AmeriCorp. 200k of that went to Joe on the check they have copies of. Jim took a loan from AmeriCorp using The Biden name and promises of Middle eastern investors that never materialized and they never paid back the $610,000.00. 410,000.00 went to Jim and Sara and 200K went to Joe. I read the court filing. Funny how the media isn't reporting on that open case.

  5. That 200K was from an active case AmeriCorp V James Biden. Americorp gave Jim $610,000.00 in loans using the Biden name and promises Jim would get them big middle eastern investors. The first pmt went to Jim & Sara Biden, this 200K went to Joe and another 10K to Jim & Sara. AmeriCorp is now suing Jim Biden for that money that was never repaid and no investors provided. I read the AmeriCorp court filing. The Bankruptcy Trustee for AmeriCorp found the money went to Bidens.
