  1. Nope, now it goes to SCOTUS who already ruled Trump has Presidential immunity. Jack Smith is ineligible to be Special counsel illegally stealing money from taxpayers. Garland admitted under oath that HE appointed Jack without authorization. Jack was not appointed by a President, the Ofc of Special council was not approved by congress and Jack was NEVER confirmed by the Senate.
