  2. Gov. Abbott is protecring his state and called up NG to REPEL invaders trying to enter TX. Its what Biden is supposed to do because Congress won't. Article 2, Article 1 Section 8 Clause 15 & Article 4 section 4. The Congress & Executive are both guilty of inciting and creating an invasion of foreign nationals.
