Congress SHALL have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation. NOWHERE in the Constitution does it say Illegal aliens, refugees or Terrorists can vote in our election. Johnson better make the legislation to prevent Illegals from voting, keep dead ppl from voting, and keep felons from voting until their debt is paid for their crimes. Not on parole or probation and all financial debt for the crime is paid, then they can vote as long as they are citizens.
