  1. Not happening. He meets all Constitutional art 2 qualifications. The 14th amendment can only be used for Confederates and for someone found guilty. President Trump was tried & ACQUITTED in the Senate. Therefore the 14th Amendment does not apply To President Trump. It does apply to Demonrats tho. Demonrats
