@The00Dude Nope. Shows how little you know. A President can declassify and have classified docs. A VP cannot nor can a Senator ir anyone else. President Trump has dine nothing wrong. The DS is Petrified of him, thats why they keep trying these witch hunts that fail every time.

@TimParker-Chambers You also need to look at UCMJ. He was VP and things like that are handled in Tribunal because POTUS & VP are CIC. Pence is because he is 2nd string Potus. Some crime fallse under civilian law but Natl Sec falls under Military.
