@ksmith5325 Obviously not because Trump has appealed Jack the ripper 3 times now. Ol' Jackie really screwed up trying to skip the appeals court and go to SCOTUS. They already heard cases like this and yes, the President does have immunity from criminal prosecution for acts as President. They are also violating Double Jeopardy because he was already tried and acquitted in the Senate. Thats why I don't want impeachment for Joe, cuz Senate will never convict. That way Old Joe gets charged for his Treason, Bribery & high crimes & misdemeanors. However if the Senate does convict & remove Joe, he can be tried criminally too. Article 2 Section 4: ~ "The President and Vice President SHALL be impeached and removed for Treason, Bribery and other high crimes and Misdemeanors." So far, I've counted 4 acts of Treason, they got him nailed on the bribery and other many high crimes and Misdemeanors such as espionage, facilitating an invasion, and breach of oath.
