  1. In reality, marijuana can & does help to curb opiate use. Fact! I've seen it work for heavy addicts. Vivitrol also helps curb Opiate addiction, but they make it too expensive. Narcan does not help as much as they promote it. It doesn't do much for fentanyl ODs.
