  1. No they cannot use the 14th amendment. There was already an indictment in the house and an acquittal in the Senate. They cannot use the 14th because President Trump was never indicted or Found guilty & removed for insurrection. Any honest Judge knows this. The DC trial & GA trial violate President Trump's 5th amendment right to double Jeopardy.
