The Constitution says election day is the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November. I follow the Constittion I took an oath to. My oath never expires.

@screw41 So, that doesnt Change election day, whether is by hand or machine. Election day is still Constitutionally the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November. States can only set times, places & manner.

@derekgrey3927 No he wanted the Constitution as written, not the 1871 version making DC like a country within a country. Thats when they started with the corruption in amending the Constitution to give themselves more power over the people and lessen the peoples power over the Government.
