The collateral was the "Biden" name and promise of big investors from the middleceast he never delivered on. There was a 400,000.00 pmt, a 200,000.00 that went to Jim then to Joe and another 10,000.00. All found by the Trustee in the bankruptcy. Jim is now being sued by AmeriCorp. It appears Bidens were shaking down failing medical companies with false promises of big Mid east investors. They took the 610,000.00 and ran. Joes cut was 200,000.00 in a check from Jim referencing the "loan".
