  10.  @MallBlartPaulCop  I know, I have the laws.Thats more than a sentence and it does go deeper in case law. There is also several parts in the UCMJ 903 regarding Treason. The President is considered the highest ranking Civilian in the Military as Commander in Chief of the military.

  14. Active military cannot be deployed on American soil against Americans like Obama did in GA. It violates Posse Comitatus and Insurrection act. Thats why we have National Guard. There are Fed NG and State NG. States have a Constitutional right to defend themselves using their State NG. Article 1 Section 10 Clause 3. Congress & Biden are failing to do their duty in Article 1 Section 8 cl 15 & Article 4 section 4. Therefore the State can defend itself. The Executive of TX declared the invasion and ordered the State NG to duty.
