  2. Government has no say in it at all. The Constitution they swear an oath to says ut plain & clear. "A well regulated militia being NECESSARY to a free State, the RIGHT of the people to keep & bear arms SHALL NOT be infringed". We have 3 types of Militia in America and 2 that can be regulated. The ppl cannot be regulated, only the military & police. The people cannot be regulated to give up their God given right or have it infringed upon.
