  1. Higgins reminds me of an old time southerner. That slow southern drawl with that Sir. That tells me hes military. Allways beginning or ending with a Sir. Calls everyone Gentlemen or ma'am. Hes clear & concise. He doesn't even get indignant when calling these goofballs out. I don't think I've ever seen him smile tho. Then again, in these times, what is there to smile about?

  2.  @leealan6416  He may smile or laugh in private, but when hes on the job, he is fully on the job and and is serious as a heart attack. As he should be.
