@thegivingbackfamily7855 No, I didnt say that. If the President releases that privlege, then they can speak, but not until released to speak. That is executive Privledge. That is why it is mentioned in the Executive Branch Article 2. Its at the President's discretion.

They cannot compel this man to testify on privleged information unless the President releases them from his Presidential immunity. Therefore they can't charge contempt. It's just election interference and malicious Prosecution. BTW Judge Cannon just ended Jack Smith on the Docs case. Either all former Presidents have tovturn over all the docs they took so the Jury can read every detail in every document or the case is over. Also Jack Smith isnt eligible to be a special Prosecutor. The Office of Special prosecutor was never formed by congress and Jack was never confirmed by Congress. Big Fani now has 2 Ethics complaints and may be disbarred for her corruption and she is being subpoenaed by Judiciary Committee in DC and is in an impeachment inquiry. Bragg just had to postpone for 30 days cuz his Stormy Pole dancer case is falling apart, E. Jean "I think rape is sexy" Carroll won't ever see a dime. Thats on appeal and her burden of proof increases and she can't even say what year it was much less have ANY evidence. This is all about election interference.
