  1. He doesn't "stiff" contractors. Stop lying. I agree with President Trump. If the work isn't good or sloppy or inferior, I wouldn't pay either till its done right. I was a Contractor for 30 years and NO, if the work was bad, they didn't get paid till done right. That is a contractors recourse against subcontractor inferior work product. It's warranty work for free till they get it right, then they get paid for the original work.
