  1. ​ @uio890138 NOPE! There is no provision for early voting or voting with machines, or drop boxes or mail in ballots. Each State makes their rules for voting, not the Federal Gov't. All states should ban the machines, drop boxes, computers, early and late voting. The Constitution sets date, time & place "on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in the 11th month."

  2. ​ @F_JoeBiden-tu6cl Actually it is in the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution regarding voting rights. Ppl just assume it meant cival war in the Declaration, but it doesn't. "Throwing off" the old guard and replace it (by voting) institute a new Guard for our future safety & happiness.

However, you can sign a paper for a personal representative to cast your ballot. Go to Brd of elections, get the representative document, have the actual voter fill it out, take it back to BOE and get that persons ballit and the rep can cast it in person for you. I had to do that in 2020, because I had 2 heart attacks on 11/2/20 & died. They inserted 3 stents in my RCA and when I woke up in ICU 11/3/20, my daughter was standing there with my paperwork and she voted for me, LEGALLY.

Find me the record of the Constitutional Convention allowing Income tax. You can't. I've been looking for it for decades. They spend the money we make by taxing us. We are nothing more than a slush fund for politicians to do their evil behind our back and in front of our face. Its called reducing us under "absolute despotism". Just like King George. Look at the Greivances of the Declaration. That crap is happening here now. We've almost come full circle back to 1776. Why did they throw the tea in the water? Taxes and spending. Two of Demonrats favorite things, taxing the ppl & spending other ppls money on someone elses country.

  18.  @davidgiles9651  Yes it can. The Constitution clearly States Voting is the first Tuesday after the first Monday in The eleventh month. It can't be more clear than that. Its done that way to protect elections, not let them be stolen by Machines over multiple days. Thats not what it says.
