  5. ​ @randyjon224 Did you realize there are two parts to the 2A? One is : "A well regulated militia being necessary to a free State (this means Military, NG, Police, Sheriffs etc). Two is, The Right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. The only ppl the Gov't can regulate are militias, not the people. We have 3 types of Militias 1. Military/NG 2. Organized militia- Police, sheriffs etc. 3. Unorganized militia-The people, except for women who have never been in the military or Law enforcement. Then theres the rest of us True American people. I have never heard anyone in Gov't recognize this either while trying to grab our guns.

Now that the left thought they were so smart indicting Trump for J6, Now he gets to prove all the fraud that took place and because of the wording in the indictment, Jack Smith is looking at an indictment of his own for lying to the court.
