  2. Incompetence isnt a reason to impeach. Its Treason, Bribery or other high crimes and Misdemeanors. Allowing an invasion is treason. If cartels are paying him thats bribery. The human trafficking hes allowing can be considered a high crime and falls under EO 13818.
