Its in the Constitution regarding where states can bring cases. Read it. Its written a bit confusing, so read it slow and understand it. For more clarification you can read the Federalist papers that describes stuff in more details. The Federalist papers are the writings of the founders when drafting the Constitution. Theres also a book if you can find it called "Laws of Nature" that was used in the drafting. They found a copy in a small library in NY about 15-20 years ago that George Washington signed out.

@mikew764 It does not say anything about outside GA & Federal employees. Fani knows she doesn't have jurisdiction. What you wrote is State law within the boundaries/counties of GA. She is attempting to charge federal crimes at the state level. Federal employees at the time of the alleged crimes, must be in Federal court. These were Federal workers. She has no jurisdiction. Thats why Mark Meadows filed to have it moved to Federal court. County Ordnances, State law and Federal law are all different and are applied differently.

@mikew764 on federal employees, which is why Meadows is having his changed to the proper jurisdiction. There are these clauses in laws that says if there is a federal law on the same issue, federal law takes precedent. I'm in a Blue state, so I'm going by how our state codes are handled. At this time, GA is not the proper Jurisdiction because of a similar fed law and the Fed court has jurisdiction. Its also regarding a FEDERAL election which belings in a Federal court. Garland doesn't want it federal. Why? Besides that. They have the evidence to back up a candidates right to oppose the outcome. Its not illegal for a candidate to challange an election. They lost to him unexpectedly in 2016, did great things for US and they dont want that. They want to benefit at our expense. So now they are just trying to keep him from campaigning usibg the courts to do it. That is election interference by the Goverbment and not legal. Art 1 Sect 8 cl 15 of the enumerated powers of Congress, clearly states Congress is "To provide for calling forth the militia (NG) to execute the Laws of the Union, supress insurrection and repel invasion". Art 4 Section 4 " The United States SHALL guarantee to each State in the Union a republican form of Government AND SHALL PROTECT each of them against INVASION and on application of the LEGISLATURE (House of Reps) OR of the EXECUTIVE [the President] (when the legislature cannot be conviened) AGAINST DOMESTIC VIOLENCE. Congress, House & Senate were in Joint session on January 6th. Demonrats had power and Nancy as Speaker is responsible for the Capitol. The left is responsible for J6, they held the house. Oh and BTW, America has 3 types of militia. 1. Regulated Militia (NG, military) 2. Organized Militia- Police, Sheriffs, Sec Svc etc. 3. UNorganized Militia which is the ppl/men & women who have previously served in the military, NG or Law enforcement. Women who have never served in law enforcement or the military/NG cannot be in an UNorganized militia.
