  1. The OIG in MD allowed an illegal to steal my Social Security number and get $4600.00 in SNAP. DHS turned the case over to the OIG in MD and they closed the case. Then MD State tried to make me pay that $4600.00 back. UH NO! They should have arrested him on the spot when filed using my SS #.
