  1. I agree 100%. Article 4 Section 4 clearly states it is up to the legislature to protect the Nation from invasion & domestic violence. If The legislature cannot be convened, it falls to the President. Congress needs to do their job cuz Biden won't which is facilitating and invasion & domestic violence.
