5th Amendment prohibits personal Property from being taken for public use. Fines go to the State and are used for public purposes.

@lisathompson5048 To pay for public use. Hes not being compensated, they are trying to seize his property as an excessive fine. Fines go into the state coffers for public use therefore violating both 5th & 8th Amendment.

Now they know Tishy got caught taking dark money, conspired with the WH and they are going to lose, then Trump can sue them for all their lies and corruption and false prosecution, election interference and take the judges bench and throw Tishy in jail for malicious prosecution.
