  4. Wasn't this one of the ppl that lied to Congress as a witness under oath in the scam Ukraine Impeachment hoax? As a witness, his congressional position does not peotect him from lying to congress in an investigation. That is NOT covered by speech & debate clause. He was acting as a witness when he lied to Congress.
