Americorp is sueing James Biden for $610,000.00 right now. I read the case. Jims collateral was the "Biden" name and Bidens promised them big investors from the middle east he never delivered on. They took the money & ran. The 200,000.00 check to Joe was from the 2nd loan Jim got from Americacorp for 200,000.00. It went to Jim march 1st, then on March 1 Jim gave Joe his cut of 200,000.00.

  2. Its actually better not to impeach and Senate acquit. That way there is no double Jeopardy issues like in the Trump cases. Trump was impeached and acquitted, so they have a double Jeopardy issue in Trumps cases. I just found this out from an Attorney. Its all in Trumps Motions to dismiss. If Biden is not impeached not convicted by Senate, he can be charged in Federal Court When President Trump gets back. NO PARDONS FOR BIDENS.

  3. They are just going to drag it out till Biden is gone on 1/20/25. BUT if hes never impeached, he can be convicted in Federal court. Everything they are Charging President Trump with was already adjudicated by impeachment and acquittal. They cannot violate President Trumps Constitutional protections of double jeopardy.

  4. Not necessarily. There is a criminal Defense lawyer who does the breakdowns of all the Trump cases. As long as Biden is not impeached and acquitted in the Senate, he can be charged in Federal court. There would be no double Jeopardy issues like there are with Trump. Trump was inpeached and acquitted. This is all for show & election interference. President Trump is protected by the 1st & 5th Amendments.

  5. I think so, but I will reserve for now. He had McRino leaning over and talking in Mikes ear in the house. I like Mike on Judiciary, but I still think he may be rino lite. Its not good to have Speaker & house leader from tge same state and a Whip who is really a demonrat who wants to end the electoral college and is on video saying it and also on video partying at the WH with Demonrats.
