@jackieprasek179 I know. Posts get lost. Biden D0J thinks they can over-ride States rights, but 10th Amendment prevents that. The Founders were very intelligent to do that. Each colony/State wanted to be able to run their own State as they see fit and not have to bow to Fed Govt/King. They fought Govt rule by the King thousands of miles away to be able to run themselves their way. Thats why each State has different laws. Read the Declaration of Independence with the greivances. You'll see very similar greivances happening now. They're just trying to be sneaky about it.
