  1. Its not a loan pmt. Jim got $610,000.00 from Anericorp based on the Biden name and promises of big Middle east investors that never happened. The first was in January for 400k, the second was Joes cut for 200,000.00 that went from AmeriCorp to Jim to Joe all the same day, and another 10K. AmeriCorp is now suing Jim Biden for the whole $610,000.00 right now. It put AmeriCorp out of business and the Trustee found the missing money & contracts.
