Take it to the Supreme Court. This corruption has to stop. Thank heavens for EO 13818. When President Trump gets back the corruption will be addressed and that is what all these crooks are petrified of President Trump.

@djb5320 Because the Demonrat courts are corrupt. This and all the other failing cases will go to SCOTUS. Ol Big Fani has her own RICO problem right now, James is next. Caught conspiring with the WH to interfere in an election. Fani is being impeached over this fraud case too.

@poolplayerpoolplayer7430 I agree, but thats what happens in Demonrat controlled States. We can't have bought & paid for lawyers AGs DAs prosecutors, and Judges. A corrupt system cannot operate properly. This is what I would call "Absolute Despotism" as the Declaration says. Every branch of Government is corrupted. This cannot continue. We have a right to defend ourself. We have middle eastern terrorists at the border making threats on video. I just watched one and the guy literally said "You are too stupid to know who I am, but you will find out who I am soon". WTH!

@djb5320 Incorrect. All the cases are on appeal. These are just clown shows by the corrupt on Bidens orders. All the prosecutors have all met at the WH prior to filing fake charges. The WH is conspiring to commit election fraud.
