The federal law I read said its a Federal misdemeanor to burn the Totle 4 Amerrican flag.

@LuciaMilan8368 I don't care if its a foreign dignitary. No other flag should fly in our Congress. Its protocol for a press conference, but not on our Congress floor or Capitol.

It reminded me of Ft. McHenry when the British bombed Baltimore. That flag stayed standing using bodies of the fallen, the injured and soldiers so it never fell.

@richardgillette5759 No it doesn't. It belongs to the United States. The Alaska Statehood Act was signed into law by President Dwight D. Eisenhower on July 7, 1958, and Alaska officially became the 49th state of the United States after Arizona which was the 48th State. Try doing some real research.

Our Representatives were waving foreign flags in celebration of America being harmed while they give billions of OUR money to corrupt foreign Government to launder back to demonrats. @georgeorwell3501 Thats what SCOTUS was discussing at the J6er hesring. Bowman knowingly pulled a fire alarm on camera to prevent an important vote. If he isn't held accountable, no J6er should be. SCOTUS took the case based on new evidence. It could free thousands. Its the disruption of any or just some, but only when Americans do it, not demonrats. I thought the bias & two party justice issue was dead on with Gorsuch & Thomas.

@barbaragaona7785 It always makes me teary when I go boating there. I toss anchor andjust sit there by the big rock they painted White so boats don't hit it or in the port by Ft. McHenry. Its like I can envision that battle in my mind. Knowing the history, it just brings tears. Not just because it happened, but to know how many gave their lives and still did their duty, after death, holding up that flag.
