The fact you have to start with stating your race says everything...
18
I guess when Putin scares you. You call out defunct empires from a century ago... ohhh the courage!
7
@hankscorpion ... White liberals only feel comfortable buying products with white people on the packaging. Historically, it’s not really new of the Democrat Party either.
6
10% off? That’s it? Last year, people got free shoes and TVs for Juneteenth.
5
@YvetteB. Yet... the only direct death from the violence was an unarmed female. Remember when you use to care about police killing unarmed civilians, even if they were committing a crime?
4
@YvetteB. So far, regardless of a plea deal or not... No one has been charged with insurrection or sedition. Why not? Ahh yes... because even the FBI said it was not an insurrection or coup.
4
Yeah... calling them weirdos really helps a lot. Maybe have more than a passing greeting and you won’t find them so weird. Crazy how that works.
4
@ianmichael5628 ...It’s more about the seventeen seconds they are spending not talking about the issues in this administration. Would you care if Trumps dog died? No, you wouldn’t. Nor would the media even cover it. But keep swallowing that narrative. Don’t forget to wipe your chin!
3
Why are her knees red in the children’s book about her?
3
@m.m.9678 ... The point of the wall is to deter most people. The same reason you lock your car doors, even though a hammer can get someone into the car.
3
Since there is a Mosque on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem. Could there be a synagogue on top of the Kabba?
2
62% of Americans are bad a math and don’t realize a third party makes an absolute majority for decisions even more unlikely. Gridlocking the government even more. Or resulting in over half of the population disagreeing with the simple majority’s decisions. Party reformation is what’s needed and it’s happening. These are not the same parties of the 90s.
2
Humans need conflict and turmoil. Americans have it too good and too easy. Our brain did not evolve for this lifestyle. So our brains create conflict and turmoil. Why does every American millennial have anxiety? Do you think uncontacted tribes in the Amazon, have struggles with anxiety and depression? No, they are too busy trying to survive.
2
@YvetteB. Maybe you should read the FBI report on the situation. I guess they left out the detail about her being armed. Or... your brain made that up to fit a political narrative. Yup, definitely that.
2
Should work as well as the gun free zone fedex created.
2
You need a bag of mushrooms and the Appalachian trail. Go on that adventure alone for six months. You’ll find peace and, likely find yourself along the way.
2
@thenanny3363 ... You’re too comfortable at home. A long journey forces you to focus solely on survival for days or weeks. It will tickle that primitive part of your brain in the best way.
2
People will still have to work that day. Some jobs can’t have a day off. Even as simple as gas station attendants will need to work. So people can have gas to get to the polls.
2
JUST LEAVE BRITNEY ALONE!! 😫😭
2
@joerubio3391 ... Yeah. You’re right. Who cares that politicians are lying to everyone to just string them along for their vote.
2
@joerubio3391 ... There is absolutely nothing wrong with Biden opposing marijuana. There’s everything wrong with him lying to all of us about his opinion. You’re focused on the subject. I’m focused on the actions. Do you understand the difference?
2
@joerubio3391 ...So after four years of lies. You’re willing to tolerate more lies because he has a (D) after his name? Congratulations! You’ve achieved tribalism!
2
Juneteenth is about the end of slavery, that wasn’t really the end of slavery.
2
@chrisortiz8072 ... That’s strange. Military grade rifles require a Federal Firearm License. I think you meant to say semi-automatic rifle.
2
Yup. Walls don’t work. That’s why we all sleep outside.
2
@m.m.9678 ... Correct, someone will get into your car if they want to. And it will make noise and slow them down. Just like a wall will slow them down. Giving border patrol a better opportunity at apprehending them or deterring them and, they look for other options. A physical barrier is simply one of many tools to do the job. Just like every secure location in the modern world has a physical barrier around it. For the inauguration, they had a chain link fence. Do you think that was impenetrable on its own?
2
@m.m.9678 ... You replied to other people and ignored my question. Do you think the chain link fence constructed for the inauguration was impenetrable on its own?
2
@m.m.9678 ... So why was there a fence constructed if they would be fine without it? Was it because it aided the individuals protecting the area? Maybe even reducing the number it takes to protect the area?
2
@m.m.9678 ... Oh. You’re worried about the price tag. According the NPR on Jan 19, 2020, currently $11 billion had been spent on the wall. Now, let’s do some math. There are about 20,000 border patrol agents. If they made the federal minimum wage of $15/hr, 40 hours a week for 52 weeks. That gives them an annual pay of $31,200. For 20,000 agents, that is an annual cost of $624 million. Given working age is roughly a 40 years span, 20 years old to 60 years old. That equates to $24.9 billion. Do you think it would be prudent to construct a physical barrier to reduce the labor cost of patrolling the border?
2
@m.m.9678 ... Yes, good job. There are other ways of getting into the country that need to be secured. But that doesn’t exclude the possibility of crossing on foot. It happens every year.
2
@m.m.9678 ... Use technology? Hmm. If only there was a structure to mount infrared cameras and motion detection units on. And maybe if the structure could slow people down to help with motion detection and camera detection. Sounds like a wonderful way to increase the effectiveness of a physical barrier.
2
@m.m.9678 ... Add agents on top of the wall? What are you talking about? I said mount cameras and motion sensors. Is reading that difficult for you?
2
@m.m.9678 ... A medieval style moat would still work better than wide open desert. Even your sarcastic ideas are better than your real ones. Excellent job!
2
@m.m.9678 ... Oh ok. So you don’t want wide open desert? You want some type of physical structure that limits the vastness of the terrain at the border? Please tell me more...
2
@m.m.9678 ... Either there is wide open desert. Or there is a physical structure. You have to pick one or the other. For example, why does Manhattan, NY look different from Manhattan, KS?
2
June 19, 1865 was the “last day of slavery”.... Meanwhile, Delaware and Kentucky continued to have slavery until December of 1865 when the 13th Amendment was passed.
2
@iamlegend6676 So we should cherish the stand against racial injustices, like at the CHAZ in Seattle, where their own “security” shot and killed a unarmed black teen? Well... that’s an interesting way to make a stand.
2
Well guns aren’t allowed in schools. So what do you suggest we do?
1
There’s only about 1,000 ways you’re more likely to die in a warehouse.
1
Yup. Workers aren’t adults capable of providing their own hydration...
1
@credman ... Aww. But why are you being racist? Are you saying black people are incapable of getting IDs again?
1
@credman ... I’m next? So now you’re going to make negative assumptions about me based on my race, rather than just black people?
1
@tomdickens7856 ...So you interpreted a partisan narrative, out of a comment about the mathematics of a bipartisan system of government? Congratulations! You’ve achieved tribalism!
1
@Xxfen1xphyrexX ... Please feel free to send me a link of a mass shooting at a gun range or gun show... I’ll wait.
1
@Wendy Frost... So which country are you from that has had a dictator or monarch in the last 240 years? Because this country has not. And is the only country on earth that can say that.
1
@Xxfen1xphyrexX ... Please name countries that regulate firearms. And I will name the individual that solely ruled that country in the last 240 years, while the US has been free. It should make for a fun game.
1
@Wendy Frost... Yup. You’re right. No freedom here. That’s why immigration is such an issue. People really want to come here for the oppression.
1
@LC-sc3en ... Go to a gun show. Walk up to a booth and, test your theory of background checks. You’ll be shocked when you realize every firearm dealer there, is required by federal law to perform a back ground check.
1
@Wailwulf ... The giant sequoias and redwoods require fire for the cones to open and drop new seeds. Fire is part of the life cycle in California. So yes, it’s normal.
1
@Wailwulf ... The trees that have been there longer than our country has existed, say otherwise. You’re basically saying the ocean is flooding and the fish will drown...
