  13.  @ladyofrillwater ... Actually, the county’s medical examiner said exactly that... and in order to have blood levels at fatal levels, you must ingest a fatal amount. It’s true, we do not know the exact levels at the moment of death. But we do know, the human body does not create more fentanyl after death. What is present at time of testing must have been ingested.
