  1. You clearly don’t understand the difference between negative and positive rights. Let’s look at the right to life. As a society, we all agree in the negative right to life. Where in you cannot kill me. As a society, we do not believe in the positive right to life, where you must save my life at all cost.

  2. Let’s say the Court does overturn Roe v. Wade (since they haven’t yet). Then over the next few years, due to campaigning and distribution of information, all 50 states have laws allowing abortions. Would you have an issue with this? Would you still think it needs to be federally regulated? Or is it simply when you want to ensure you force your preferences on other states, that you believe it should be federal?
